Expect a creative, powerful flow – think flip dog, crow, revolved crescent lunge, half moon, inversions (if you’d like,) triangle, heart openers, hip openers.

Do not be intimidated to try this class! You’ll see that in our yoga classes, everyone takes what they need… there is no “should” & no one needs to “look a certain way.” YOU decide what feels best to you in that moment.

Get ready to feel so good!

Your body will feel taken care of in the best way.

Expect juicy hip, shoulder, heart openers – thread the needle, child’s pose, lizard, half pigeon & a few standing poses for strength & balance.

Expect to feel yourself truly relax & let go & feel space in your body.

Recharge is a lot of deep stretch yoga, blended with a few standing poses for stability & strength.

(If this class is directly after a power class, it will be warmer than expected for the first bit of class.)

Come give your body such the treat. And in deeply relaxing your body, your mind will feel more clear & at ease as well. You will feel like you got a massage after this class!

In this deep stretch class, you will stay on the mat the entire time.

You’ll connect deeply to your breath, you’ll feel your body surrender & feel more at peace.
Our deep stretch classes are so popular with athletes, power vinyasa lovers & people brand new to yoga.

We use blocks, straps & bolsters (all avail in the studio for you) in this class.

Think you can’t meditate?? Come on in. You’ll become a meditator.

And why become a meditator?

Because it literally changes our brain & bodies, right down to the cellular level. This allows for more creativity, more ease, more connection, more effortless problem solving. 

A consistent meditation practice rewires your brain & creates new game-changer neural pathways that will shift how you experience yourself, other people & your life.

We begin with approx 10-15 minutes of breathwork & meditation, then move into a Recharge style class.

Building muscle is incredibly important, especially as we age, & it’s vital for women, especially in perimenopause.

Feel Better Weights is such a fun way to lift weights with a safe, welcoming community that you already love!

You’ll get stronger in your body, yes, AND you’ll become more resilient in your mind. This is everything.

We begin with 10 minutes of yoga, do 45 minutes of weights, & end with yoga. 

You are welcome to wear your shoes or not, up to you.

If you want to totally “get out of your head” & play, big time, you’ll love this class.

 

This is a Power Vinyasa class at its core, but with plenty of added on opportunities for playing & getting upside down, drills, core strengthening & it’s just so much fun.

If you don’t already have an inversion practice, this is such a great opportunity to come see what’s possible!

As with all of our classes, you will feel very free to take what serves you & to leave what doesn’t!

In this healing & invigorating combo class, you’ll strengthen from the inside out, by focusing on activating your deep core muscles.

By building core strength, you’ll improve your posture, support your spine & create better balance & stability. 

You’ll also feel deeply restored with a lot of deep stretch, which helps you release deeply stored tension & stress.

THE CUSHIEST FLOORS.

Yin Yoga is a deeply calming & meditative practice that focuses on longer-held, passive stretches, targeting the deeper connective tissues.

Our Sunday PM & Thursday PM Yin Yoga classes are extremely popular because Yin is so healing for our bodies. Yin is helpful for anyone who wants to improve flexibility, reduce stress & create a space of stillness. 

Our Yin & also Deep Stretch classes are so helpful for anxiety, depression, pain & insomnia.
